Clover Manufacturing Corp. (CMC) was established
in 1968 with its main activity of producing embroidery
fabric for the lingerie export market, and then
venturing in 1979 to denim fabrics used to make
blue jeans. The company is among the earliest
denim manufacturer currently holding a major share
in the Philippine market.

for the production of denim products comes with
years of developing strategic alliances with partners
in the textile business. Our corporate clients

The company produces a wide variety of denim fabrics
mainly differing in technical characteristics
such as weight, yarn type, color, finishing and
others.
CMC
utilizes top of the line equipment and up to date
technology to produce its textile products. Its
manufacturing facilities include three industrial
plant sites situated in the heart of Quezon City,
where the latest state-of-the-art equipment is
used. The product of Clovers professional
line is currently applying for ISO 9002 certification
and is confident that its certification will soon
be realized.
The
corporation uses very modern technology based
weaving machines made by Picanol of Belgium to
produce denim fabrics with refined texture that
gives comfort to the customers. It does not only
consider denims as a necessity but also focuses
on creativity to be able to produce denims that
suit the prevailing preference of the buying public.
Because of this, the corporation is able to dictate
market trends and become one of the top manufacturers
of denims in the Philippines. It uses 100% cotton
material, special threads, stretch yarns for mono
and bi-stretch fabrics, multi-count and slub yarns
which have undergone pre-treatment processes.
Every
now and then, the company continuously innovates
and upgrades production system to be able to cope
with the consumers standards and demands
with regards to the design. It is currently studying
the possibility of expanding to the Republic of
Vietnam.
