Among the variety of projects which PCCC have completed are a host of industrial plant complexes to include civil, electro-mechanical installations for steel mills, electric power generating plants, medium-rise condominiums and office towers.Among the projects of PCCC are: Gammon Building, Banco Filipino Building, Fems International Building, Metropolitan Hospital Building, Park Avenue Town Houses, British School Building and Pepsi Cola’s GMA Bottling Plant/Warehouse/Office.

In the government sector, completed projects include National Electrification Administration’s Palawan Power Plant, Pamplona Pumping Station (National Irrigation Administration), PNB Complex, LRT Line one station 18, 19 and LRT Central Terminal, Cabanatuan City Hall Building among other urban and rural development projects.
